We’re excited to announce that our CEO, Andrea Steinbrenner, has been invited to join the Leadership Council for the National Small Business Association (NSBA). As one of only 5 advocates in California to be voted in by current members of the NSBA Leadership Council, we are so honored to have Andrea recognized and to be able to contribute to the growth and advocacy for small businesses.
Founded in 1937, the NSBA is one of the oldest small-business advocacy organizations and operates on a staunchly nonpartisan basis. Their Leadership Council is comprised of an elite group of small-business activists who engage with Congress, the administration, state and local Government, and the media.
As CEO of ECG, Andrea and the ECG team focus on helping all business owners determine what their optimal exit option is and developing a strategic roadmap to make the exit transition as smooth as possible while ensuring that the company continues to thrive afterwards.
In helping small business owners scale their businesses to the next level of success, Andrea emphasizes the importance of leading by example, being accountable for your actions and delivering clear communication across the company. As a C-Suite consultant, Andrea strives to listen to the wants, needs, goals, and priorities of each client before collaborating to find the starting point in the client’s journey. She brings the same skills to working with her internal team at ECG, searching to find solutions that best fit the situation and mentoring staff towards their goals while maintaining the company’s culture and values.
Congratulations, Andrea! We are excited for your opportunity to support the growth of small businesses on a national advocacy level.
